Cancellations, Make-Ups, & Refunds Policy

G.E.M. CLASS maintains small group sizes and plans staffing, space, and materials in advance. For this reason, the following policies apply to all experiences, events, classes, and offerings:

Registration & Payments

• Monthly/session registrations are non-refundable once the session begins

• Drop-in payments are non-refundable

Missed Days & Make-Ups

• If a child misses a scheduled day, we are unable to guarantee a make-up session due to limited capacity

• When space allows, we may offer a make-up opportunity within the same session

• No refunds or credits will be issued for missed days

Program Changes or Cancellations by G.E.M. CLASS

• If G.E.M. CLASS must cancel or reschedule an experience, a credit, rescheduled date, or alternative option will be provided

Participation Acknowledgment

Participation in any G.E.M. CLASS experiences, events, or offerings constitutes acknowledgment and agreement to this Cancellations, Make-Ups, & Refunds Policy.
